Dear Zune:

There are times when I am on public transportation and don't feel like spending five minutes untangling your earphone cord things before I can listen to anything. So one time I tried listening to music without the earphones. Turns out you can't listen to music without earphones. I consulted fellow Zune owners and realized they had the same problem I did. I ask - why?!
